We are open Monday – Friday. We operate a flat rate of £5.99 in the Uk and free postage over £35 .
Excluded are Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles which have a flat rate of £14.99.

Returns
All food items are non-returnable.
If a delivery fails due to one of the following reasons…
1) Incorrect shipping address shared by the customer
2) Failure to respond to a DPD calling card
3) Failure to collect from a local pick up point within the allocated time
which results in a parcel being returned, please be aware that we will only be able to issue a refund for the order total minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of £1.75. If free delivery has been applied a flat fee of £7.30 will be deducted from any refund. Alternatively you can contact hello@rawgorilla.co.uk

Occasionally in transportation product can get damaged. If product has arrived to you in an unsatisfactory state please write to hello@rawgorilla.co.uk with photographs , and quoting where and when you purchased the product and quote the batch nos and sell by date. We hate it when something goes wrong, and would in the first instance love to send you a replacement as we are very proud of our products. However if you wish we will refund if you have a copy of your purchase and bought directly from us.
